  • Turn on esModuleInterop options in TypeScript configs
  • Change import syntax of Color and mkdirp

fix(lib): enable esModuleInterop

- Turns on `esModuleInterop` in TypeScript configs and fixes import
  statements for `Color` and `mkdirp` packages so that transpiled JS
  files can be imported in esbuild and Rollup.
